What is a Commercial Finance?

Commercial Loan to Value Ratios


The current typical Loan To Value for a high street bank offering commercial Finance is 60-75%, however, there are higher Loan To Value options available through Ulus Finance via specialist banks up to 75% on a standalone basis, or 100% with additional security.
